ABOUT ME

Thanks so much for visiting me here in Poshville! I'm Kelley Faulkner, a professional theatre artist living in the Milwaukee suburbs with my husband, daughter, pit bull, and cat. I'm passionate about food and entertaining, and this is a space to share my original recipes, many of which are Whole30 compliant and Paleo. I am all about true food freedom and eating what serves YOUR body and mind. I don't eat to live...I live to eat! Preparing delicious, wholesome food in a creative way is my love language.
