Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients:


2 large sweet potatoes, cubed

1/4 cup almond, cashew, or coconut milk

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp salt


Boil sweet potatoes for 15-20 min and drain. Add back to pot with your non-dairy milk of choice, nutritional yeast, and salt. Mash by hand or with immersion blender.
